CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

    • Make your return within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your package.
    • Ensure the package is returned in its original packaging.
    • Ensure items are new, with tags, unworn, and odor-free.
    • Remember to include gifts and supplements, otherwise your return request cannot be accepted.

    Warning: If the package is dropped off more than 14 days after its recovery date, even if the label was generated within the deadline, the return will be refused and re-shipping costs will remain your responsibility.

    Important information:

    Initial shipping costs are not refundable.
    If your order benefited from free delivery due to a minimum amount specific to your country, and your return brings the total below this threshold, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

    Refund:

    Refund processing occurs within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your package at our premises.

    The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during your purchase.

    Voucher or refund?

    The voucher corresponds to a credit usable across the entire site, provided as a code upon validation of your return.
    The refund, on the other hand, consists of crediting the amount back to your initial payment method.
